Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager to to oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of our dynamic engineering production environment. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between departments, maintain operational efficiency, and support our teams in delivering innovative solutions and projects

  • Coordinate daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
  • Maintain organized documentation and communication across teams.
  • Track and manage production schedules, inventory, and project documentation.
  • Support procurement, logistics, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure the availability and proper use of office equipment and materials.
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and record management for staff.
  • Liaise with technical and production teams to ensure workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain effective use of digital tools including Zoho Projects, Excel, and Word

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Zoho Projects.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in administrative management within a technical or engineering setting is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
