Job Description: Marketing Personnel

Job Title: Marketing Officer / Marketing Executive

Department: Marketing & Sales

Reporting To: Head of Marketing / Business Development Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 1–4 years in marketing, sales support, or communications

Position Overview

The Marketing Personnel supports the implementation of marketing strategies, customer engagement, and promotional activities. The role involves executing campaigns, managing client interactions, conducting product demos, and assisting with digital and offline marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Distribute marketing and promotional materials to clients and outlets

  • Conduct product presentations, support showroom displays, and attend exhibitions

  • Engage potential customers, follow up on leads, and provide product information

  • Assist in digital content creation, social media updates, and online campaigns

  • Collect market intelligence and feedback from customers

  • Support event coordination and brand visibility activities

  • Maintain communication with prospects and existing clients

Requirements & Skills

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills

  • Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing platforms

  • Organized, proactive, and target-driven

  • Ability to present products confidently and follow up professionally

  • Team player with good interpersonal skills

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number and quality of leads generated and followed up

  • Campaign participation, outreach coverage, and brand visibility

  • Contribution to social media activity and content engagement

  • Client feedback and showroom support effectiveness

  • Execution of marketing tasks and timely reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₦150,000.00 per month
