Company Description

We are looking for a passionate and curious Graduate Trainee – Digital Marketing Intern to join our creative team. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow within a fast-paced advertising agency, where you'll gain hands-on experience in digital campaign management, social media strategy, content creation, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities


• Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.


• Support content planning, creation, and scheduling for various clients' online channels.


• Conduct research on market trends, audience behavior, and competitors to inform creative strategies.


• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.


• Collaborate with design, content, and client service teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.


• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and team meetings.


• Learn and apply new marketing tools, digital trends, and industry best practices.

Foundational Knowledge (Added Advantage)


• Awareness of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok)


• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, email marketing, and online advertising


• Interest in content creation (writing, graphics, short videos)


• Familiarity with data analysis and performance tracking

Foundational Tools (Basic Awareness)


• Google Analytics – understanding website performance tracking


• Meta Business Suite – scheduling posts and checking insights on Facebook/Instagram


• Email Marketing Tools (e.g., Mailchimp) – creating and sending campaigns

Qualifications


• Recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.


• Strong interest in digital marketing, advertising, or media.


• Basic computer literacy and eagerness to learn new tools.


• Prior exposure to social media or creative projects is an added advantage.
