About the Company

GME (Global Metal Exchange) is a subordinate company under CCBC Testing Laboratory, operating as an extended service arm to support CCBC's laboratory, inspection, and downstream operational activities. GME provides end-to-end solid minerals support services, including processing, inspection, logistics coordination, shipping, and quality control for miners, processors, and exporters across the value chain.

Role Purpose

The Technical Sales Officer will develop and manage client relationships for GME's solid minerals service platform by combining strong technical mineral knowledge with service-based sales capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage miners, processors, and exporters requiring solid minerals services.
  • Assess client materials to determine appropriate processing, inspection, logistics, and quality control solutions.
  • Present and clearly explain GME's service capabilities to prospective and existing clients.
  • Convert technical discussions, site visits, and engagements into service agreements.
  • Coordinate service execution with internal technical, laboratory, and logistics teams.
  • Maintain consistent client follow-up, track service progress, and provide updates.
  • Prepare periodic sales performance and activity reports.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Geology, Mineralogy, Mining Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Solid understanding of ore characteristics and basic mineral processing concepts.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to clients.
  • Strong commercial awareness with proven client management skills.
  • Willingness to work in field locations, terminals, and operational environments.

Reporting Line

  • Reports directly to GME Management.
