Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven
Sales Executive with proven experience in selling renewable energy solutions
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting clean energy products such as solar power systems, inverters, batteries, and other renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for renewable energy products and services.
  • Promote and sell solar energy systems, inverters, batteries, and related solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
  • Conduct site visits, energy assessments, and client consultations to recommend suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales in line with company targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Work closely with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Stay up to date with renewable energy trends, products, regulations, and competitor activities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of
    2–4 years of sales experience
    , with
    at least 1–2 years in renewable energy or solar sales
    .
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and energy solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to conduct site assessments and explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
