We're looking for a creative storyteller with sharp communication instincts - someone who can take ideas, products, and brand moments and turn them into content that actually moves people.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CONTENT CREATION & STRATEGY

  • Develop engaging content across social media, blogs, website, email, PR, scripts, and corporate assets.
  • Translate complex product offerings into simple, compelling stories that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Craft high-impact campaigns, hooks, and messaging that boost visibility, engagement, and conversion.
  • Maintain brand voice consistency across all communications.

CORPORATE COMMUNICATION

  • Draft internal and external communications, including memos, newsletters, press statements, speeches, and executive messages.
  • Support media relations and help prepare communication materials for interviews, events, and conferences.
  • Manage timely communication around product updates, launches, and brand announcements.

SOCIAL MEDIA & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

  • Develop content calendars and manage daily social media storytelling.
  • Track trends and leverage timely moments to keep the brand culturally relevant.

RESEARCH & INSIGHT

  • Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to improve content direction.
  • Analyze performance data and recommend optimizations to drive results.

COLLABORATION & EXECUTION

  • Work with design, product, sales, marketing, and leadership teams to align communication goals.
  • Guide production of videos, photos, and creative assets.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • B.Sc./HND in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, PR, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of experience in content creation, corporate communications, or digital marketing.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing strong writing across multiple formats.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading ability.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools: social platforms, CMS, email marketing software, and analytics.
  • Ability to create and manage content calendars.

SOFT SKILLS

  • Creative thinker with sharp storytelling instincts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and within teams.
  • Adaptable, curious, and obsessed with growth.

BONUS

  • Experience working in real estate, tech, or agriculture-related industries.
  • Strong video scripting skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content strategy.
