Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos State, Nigeria, for a Marketing Communications Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication plans to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Daily tasks will include creating press releases, coordinating public relations efforts, and managing marketing communication campaigns. The role also includes establishing and maintaining relationships with media outlets and stakeholders to increase brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Marketing Communications and Strategic Communications strategies
  • Strong skills in Public Relations and relationship management
  • Experience in drafting and managing Press Releases
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to develop and execute cohesive messaging across various channels
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Experience in the beauty or cosmetic industry is an advantage
