Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers, contractors, and service providers for oil & gas projects.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and agreements in line with project requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize cost and efficiency.
  • Ensure all purchased goods and services comply with technical specifications, safety, and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships while monitoring supplier performance.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to align procurement with operational needs.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and supply chain risks to ensure continuity.
  • Support logistics and inventory management for timely delivery of materials.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international procurement regulations.
