Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos for an Administrative/Human Resources Officer. The Officer will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks including managing office supplies, organizing company records, scheduling meetings, and processing payroll. Other duties include handling recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, managing employee records, coordinating training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Administrative skills: managing office supplies, organizing company records, scheduling meetings
  • Human Resources skills: recruitment, onboarding, managing employee records
  • Payroll processing skills
  • Experience in coordinating training and development programs
  • Knowledge of labor laws and company policies
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR role is a plus
