Project Overview

We are developing an innovative real estate platform that integrates a vibrant forum for discussions on buying, selling, renting, investing, and property services with a secure marketplace where agents, landlords, and homeowners can list properties for sale or rent.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Co-Founder at Amo Global Agency, with a primary focus on leading the technical development of our real estate forum + marketplace project, which is already 60% complete. The successful candidate will spearhead technical processes, own product roadmaps, ensure scalability, lead technical teams, shape long-term strategies, and collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals, while providing hands-on expertise in architecture and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications


• Proficiency in Software Development, Web Development, WordPress, and Full-Stack Development.


• Strong expertise in Product Management, Technical Project Management, and Agile Methodologies.


• Experience with System Architecture Design, Cloud Computing, and Database Management.


• Proven skills in Team Leadership, Communication, and Cross-Functional Collaboration.


• Background in emerging technologies, such as WordPress solutions and Fintech innovations, is highly advantageous.


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and solving complex challenges.


• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while making data-driven decisions.
