About the Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer / Architect with a strong background in architectural visualization and design. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of hands-on experience in 3D modeling, rendering, and architectural design. You'll be responsible for turning concepts into visually compelling, realistic designs that bring architectural visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop 3D visualizations, architectural renderings, and animations for ongoing projects.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to interpret design briefs and requirements.

Create detailed architectural drawings and layouts.

Ensure designs are aligned with client expectations, budgets, and timelines.

Stay up to date with emerging design trends, materials, and visualization techniques.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years' proven experience as a 3D Designer or Architect.

Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, or Blender.

Strong visualization, creative, and technical drawing skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
