Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Assistant (Marketing & Partnerships) with a 3-week contract at Talent Nexus Agency, located in Lagos. We are seeking a
Project Assistant (Marketing & Partnerships)

for a short-term, fast-paced project support role. This is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organised, and strong in communication who can support multiple ongoing outreach and marketing tasks across our B2B programmes.

Key Responsibilities

You will work across several active projects, supporting tasks such as:

B2B Outreach & Communication

  • Sending emails to companies for our B2B Programme
  • Following up with organisations to secure confirmations
  • Updating spreadsheets and outreach trackers

Partnership Support

  • Assisting with partnership outreach and follow-ups
  • Sharing logos, banners, listings and promotional materials with partners
  • Tracking and logging all partner deliverables

Administrative & Project Coordination

  • Organising communication records (email, WhatsApp, call notes)
  • Preparing simple weekly reports and summaries
  • Supporting research, data updates, and other assigned tasks
  • Maintaining clear documentation for each project

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Basic familiarity with Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
  • Professional, reliable, and proactive
  • Previous experience in marketing, partnerships or admin is an advantage

Work Mode & Hours

  • Hybrid/remote
  • Monday–Friday,
    9 AM – 5 PM
  • Immediate availability is required
