Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven and service-oriented Hotel Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and lead a motivated team. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and supervise all hotel departments, including the front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage operations, to ensure smooth daily activities and high operational standards.
  • Maintaining exceptional guest experiences and ensuring top-quality service delivery across all departments.
  • Preparing and managing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and implementing effective cost-control measures.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff to promote professionalism and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hospitality regulations while developing innovative marketing strategies to increase occupancy, profitability, and overall revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of proven managerial experience in the hotel industry.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds, etc.).
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to handle pressure.
