Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced
RPA Developer
with proven hands-on expertise in developing and implementing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining RPA workflows that enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual effort across business processes.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in RPA project development and implementation
    (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft RPA tools:
  • Power Automate Desktop
  • Power Automate Cloud Flows
  • Power Automate Hosted Processes
  • Copilot for automation
  • Experience in configuring RPA environments including:
  • Virtual Machines (VMs)
  • Orchestrators
  • Unattended bots
  • Working knowledge of scripting languages such as:
  • VBScript, Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell
  • Strong skills in data manipulation using:
  • Excel, CSV, databases, and other data sources
  • Understanding of REST API authentication methods:
  • API Keys, OAuth
  • Familiarity with security and compliance standards for automation
  • Ability to schedule, monitor, and maintain automation processes

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to other RPA tools such as:
  • UiPath
  • Automation Anywhere
  • Blue Prism
