The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on
Cleaning Supervisor
to lead our professional home cleaning team in Lagos. This is a crucial role for a leader who is passionate about delivering impeccable service and mentoring others. As our Cleaning Supervisor, you will lead by example, working alongside your team to perform cleanings while ensuring every job meets our 5-star standard. You will be the expert on the ground, responsible for upholding the MetroMellow promise: an exceptionally high standard of clean, every single time.

What You'll Do:

  • Hands-On Leadership & Training:
    Lead cleaning jobs from the front, demonstrating expert techniques and setting the pace for your team. You will actively train, mentor, and develop our cleaning professionals to help them succeed.
  • Quality Assurance:
    Conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure all work meets Metromellow's standards of excellence. Provide constructive, in-the-moment feedback to your team to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Team Supervision:
    Supervise the day-to-day activities of the cleaning team, ensuring all services are completed efficiently, professionally, and on schedule.
  • Inventory Management:
    Keep track of and manage all cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring teams are always prepared with the right tools for the job.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
    Serve as a point of contact for clients during service, addressing feedback and resolving any issues with professionalism and care to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Operational Support:
    Assist with team scheduling, logistics, and reporting to ensure smooth daily operations.

Who You Are:

  • An Experienced Cleaning Professional:
    You have significant, proven experience in the professional cleaning industry with a deep understanding of the best cleaning practices, products, and techniques for residential and commercial spaces.
  • A Practical Leader:
    You have previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role, with a talent for training, motivating, and guiding a team.
  • Meticulously Detail-Oriented:
    You have an exceptional eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to quality. You notice the little things that others might miss.
