The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in building and deploying cross-platform applications, spanning backend services, web interfaces, and mobile apps. This role requires strong technical leadership, problem-solving ability, and the versatility to work across the full stack.Key ResponsibilitiesFullstack Development: Lead the design and development of scalable applications using Django for backend, React for web frontends, and React Native for mobile.Backend Architecture: Build and maintain secure, high-performance APIs and services, ensuring reliability and scalability.Frontend Implementation: Deliver elegant, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.Integration: Work with third-party APIs, cloud services, and databases to enable robust and seamless functionality.Code Quality & Best Practices: Ensure clean, maintainable, and testable code through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices.Performance Optimization: Optimize both backend services and frontend/mobile applications for speed, scalability, and efficiency.Collaboration: Partner with design, QA, and project management teams to deliver features on time and to specification.Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges quickly, minimizing project risk and downtime.Documentation: Maintain technical documentation for future scalability and maintainability.Communication: Provide daily progress updates and maintain open communication with the team.QualificationsEducational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Proven Experience: 5+ years of professional experience as a fullstack developer, with production experience in Django, React, and React Native.Cross-Platform Expertise: Demonstrated ability to deliver products across web and mobile environments.Agile Methodologies: Solid experience working in Agile development environments.UI/UX Knowledge: Strong sense of user experience and ability to work effectively with designers.Tools & Technologies: Proficiency with Git/GitHub, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve issues in fast-paced settings.Collaboration & Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experienceAt Benmore Technologies, you'll be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and growth.
