Role Description

This is a full time job in the Litigation Unit at HARLEM Solicitors in Ibadan. The associate will handle day-to-day responsibilities including drafting legal documents such as motions, conducting legal research, preparing for depositions, managing case files, and representing clients in court proceedings. The Litigation Associate, preferably male, will collaborate with the legal team to develop and execute effective strategies tailored to each case.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Law, with the capability to analyze and apply legal principles effectively
  • Experience with drafting and filing Motions and other legal documents
  • Proficiency in conducting comprehensive legal Research
  • Familiarity with Depositions and procedural requirements
  • Experience representing clients in Courts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Licensed to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction (required)
