Role: Product Intern

Location:
Remote / Hybrid (Lagos preferred)

Internship (3–6 months)

Reports to:
Product Lead / CEO

Mission

Help us tighten the guest app, host app, and internal tools. Your work speeds up shipping, reduces friction, and improves the overall product experience for users and partners.

What You'll Do

Product Research & Insights

  • Benchmark competitor products and global leaders.
  • Capture user feedback from WhatsApp, support, reviews, and calls.
  • Generate simple, actionable insight summaries.

Feature Support & Documentation

  • Draft clear, concise feature requirements.
  • Create basic wireframes in Figma.
  • Keep product boards (Notion/Jira) organized and updated.

User Testing & QA

  • Test new iOS/Android builds.
  • Log bugs with proper steps, screenshots, and clarity.
  • Re-test fixes and confirm closure before release.

Ops Support (Lightweight)

  • Assist with host onboarding or property data collection.
  • Document operational issues and edge cases for engineering.

Data & Metrics

  • Track weekly product metrics: crashes, adoption, funnels, and onboarding flow.
  • Present short, focused reports.

Requirements

  • Interest or basic experience in product management.
  • Familiar with Figma, Notion/Jira, and Google Sheets.
  • Strong communication and documentation habits.
  • Ability to think clearly and work independently.
  • Bonus: exposure to mobile apps or startup environments.
