The Office Assistant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and general upkeep of the SBM Holistic Farmacy office and product display areas. The role also includes assisting with office errands, packaging support, and handling product dispatches to logistics companies, especially for parcels going outside Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the office environment, shelves, and product display areas are always neat, clean, and well-organized.
  • Regularly dust and arrange products on shelves to maintain proper presentation and hygiene.
  • Assist with daily office errands, including purchasing supplies and supporting other departments when needed.
  • Deliver parcels and handle waybills for items being shipped outside Lagos through the designated logistics company.
  • Support in receiving and unpacking deliveries and ensuring all items are properly stored.
  • Report any maintenance issues, stock shortages, or safety concerns to the Operations Manager.
  • Assist with other general administrative or operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Must be neat, organized, and reliable.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and complete tasks promptly.
  • Must be familiar with Lagos routes for errands and deliveries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦55,000.00 per month
