Job Role: Product Sales Executive

Salary: Allowance and Commission-based

Our client, a leading FMCG franchise specializing in agricultural products, is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to focus on B2B sales of grains. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to drive revenue growth through corporate and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Drive direct sales of grains and agricultural produce to retailers, processors, aggregators, food businesses, and bulk buyers.

· Generate market intelligence across assigned clusters including pricing, demand, competitor activity, and buyer trends.

· Prepare accurate weekly supply quotes, coordinate order placements, and support fulfillment with operations teams.

· Conduct daily field visits, lead generation, and sales pitches across markets, retail hubs, cooperatives, and processing zones.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while growing market share in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including operations and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field.
  • Experience in field sales, FMCG/agri-commodity trading, or market activation (added advantage).
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of grains market dynamics and B2B sales practices is an advantage.
  • Must reside in close proximity to Olomore, Abeokuta.
