Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Personnel to join a fast-growing Recycling Company located at Limit, Sapele Road. The ideal candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies that promote the company's services, attract new clients, and strengthen customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Create promotional materials and manage social media presence
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends
  • Prepare and deliver regular marketing reports
  • Collaborate with management to achieve company targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: HND / BSc
  • Experience: 1–2 years in marketing or sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Creative, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Proficient in basic computer and social media tools
