Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Benin City for a Customer Service Personnel. The primary responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves managing customer communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions, as well as assisting clients throughout their real estate journey. The Customer Service Personnel will act as a key liaison between the company and its clients to deliver a positive customer experience.

  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficient in Phone Etiquette and professional communication
  • Ability to multitask and maintain a high level of organization
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle diverse client needs
  • Experience in the real estate or service industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
