Job DescriptionReview scope of work, specifications and drawings received from client. Understand fully the instruction to Bidder requirements and coordinate BOQ of Engineering projects and firming up costs.
Prepare and assist in the development of a Work Breakdown Structure in a project, WBS should be aligned with the schedule and cost and suitable in capturing all cost components for easy tracking.
Prepare multi-discipline Conceptual, Pre-FEED, FEED & Detailed Engineering Design cost estimates for projects (Class Estimates) and ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance within scope of work and should aligned and standardized with Estimating Methodology in all estimate/project phases and in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.
Oversee the establishment of labour and construction equipment rates, equipment prices, bulk material unit prices and quantities for estimates and change orders.
Prepare estimating plan and methods and other estimating procedures including Basis of Estimates tailored to each project that would reflect the project execution philosophy.
QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of practical experience
BSc. Civil/Mechanical engineering/ Quantity surveyor
Project management certification
Farmiliar with cost risk analysis practices
Excellent oral and written communication.
