Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Process Engineer, located in Lagos, Nigeria. The Lead Process Engineer will oversee process design and engineering activities, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities include conducting process simulations, developing process flow diagrams, analyzing plant operations, and monitoring process controls. The role involves working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to execute projects from conceptual and detailed design to construction and operational phases within the oil and gas sector.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Process Design and Process Engineering sepecially for Onshore / Offshore Oil and Gas Facilities
- Highly developed Analytical Skills to assess and solve facilities engineering problems effectively
- Background in Chemical Engineering, with a bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical or Process Engineering
- Proven experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred, with minimum of 15 years working on major oil and gas projects
- Strong project management and teamwork capabilities
- Familiarity with engineering tools and software for simulations and design
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
