This is a strategic, high-impact role for technically gifted professionals who is passionate about innovation, equipment reliability, and cutting-edge maintenance technologies.

Key Responsibilities

As the Technical Manager – Electro-Mechanical Engineering (Predictive Maintenance
)
, you will drive the implementation and optimization of predictive and reliability-centered maintenance protocols using modern diagnostic technologies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting
    thermographic, ultrasonic, and vibration monitoring
    assessments across client facilities.
  • Developing and executing predictive maintenance schedules and interpreting and utilising diagnostic data to prevent equipment failures.
  • Providing expert supervision on the
    operation and maintenance of hydraulic systems
    , mechanical equipment, and specialised tools.
  • Managing and optimizing performance of
    technical drones
    (cleaning, inspection, pest control) and ride-on equipment.
  • Training and mentoring FM technicians to strengthen technical capacity across the organisation.
  • Preparing technical reports, risk assessments, and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Ensuring safety, compliance, and adherence to global best practices.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering
    , or related field.
  • Minimum
    5–7 years
    experience in equipment maintenance, reliability engineering, or technical operations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Hydraulic systems
  • Mechanical and electro-mechanical machines
  • Drones
    (cleaning, inspection, pest management) – an advantage
  • Ride-on cleaning machines
  • Competence in
    thermographic and ultrasonic monitoring tools
    (FLIR, ultrasonic detectors etc.).
  • Analytical mind with strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and report-writing abilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
