Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The individual will be responsible for identifying and establishing business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, engaging with clients to provide excellent customer service, and implementing sales strategies. The role involves training clients and team members in best practices, managing sales activities, and collaborating with the team to meet business performance goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets
  • Experience in Training others on sales techniques, products, or services
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with effective time management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and data analysis for performance tracking is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in working within the Nigerian market is a plus
