Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Lagos, Nigeria. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, driving sales growth, delivering excellent customer service, and overseeing sales operations. The role will involve identifying new market opportunities, maintaining client relationships, providing support and training to team members, and contributing to achieving organizational goals.

  • Proven experience and skills in Sales and Sales Management to drive business growth and meet sales targets

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic workplace
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; prior experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus
