Key Responsibilities · HVAC:o Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) to ensure optimal performance.o Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues, including temperature regulation, airflow problems, and refrigerant leaks.o Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and system upgrades to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.· Plumbing:o Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including water and waste management lines.o Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and faulty piping.o Ensure all plumbing systems are in compliance with safety regulations and building codes.· Diesel/Gas Genset:o Operate, maintain, and repair diesel and gas generator sets (gensets) to ensure continuous power supply.o Conduct routine maintenance, including oil changes, fuel management, and system checks.o Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in genset systems promptly.· General Responsibilities:o Maintain accurate records of all utility maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and parts replacements.o Work with the maintenance team to identify and address operational inefficiencies or system failures.o Adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards while performing all maintenance tasks. RequirementsRequirements· Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or genset operations.· Experience: Minimum of 3 -5 years in utility maintenance, with hands -on experience in HVAC, plumbing, and genset systems.· Skills: Proficient in diagnosing and repairing plumbing, HVAC, and genset systems. Knowledge of safety standards and industry regulations.· Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in diverse environments, and be on -call for emergency repairs.· Location: Must be willing to work in Idanre, Ondo State.
