Our client is a global company that offers travels and immigration services for governments and diplomatic missions.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop, implement, and enforce security strategies aligned with organizational goals.


• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and investigations of security incidents.


• Manage security personnel, vendors, and technology systems (CCTV, access control).


• Oversee budget planning, cost optimization, and resource allocation


• Lead crisis response, emergency drills, and staff training.


• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.


• Liaise with law enforcement, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders.

Required Experience & Expertise:


• Minimum 8 years in corporate security (multi-site experience preferred).


• Proven track record in managing large-scale security operations.


• Expertise in:

i. Audit Management

ii. Risk Management

iii. Incident & Crisis Management

iv. Vendor Management

v. Guard Management/Physical Security

vi. Security Technology (LMS, CCTV, etc.)

vii. Budget Management

Education & Skills:


• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Security Management, or related field.


• Excellent written/verbal communication in English.


• Leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


• No military/forces background required.

Mandatory Requirements:


• Two government-issued IDs (e.g., NIN, Driver's License, Passport).


• No statement of results accepted; official certificates only.


• Willingness to undergo security clearance.
