Qualifications:

  • Minimum of HND/ BSc
  • Minimum of 1- 2 years experience in related field
  • Experience in property inspection including structural, electrical, plumbing, and safety assessments.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or compliance issues.
  • Ability to write clear, accurate inspection reports.
  • Good communication skills for interacting with property owners, contractors, and agencies.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating property conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Escort clients to property sites for inspection and provide on-site guidance and clarification during the visit
  • Conduct property inspections to assess structural integrity, safety and code compliance.
  • Prepared detailed inspection reports with findings and recommendations.
  • Maintain inspection records and ensure proper documentation.
