WE'RE HIRING: Accounting, Audit & Finance Manager

Location: Apapa, Lagos

Salary: ₦250,000 (Net) Monthly + Health Insurance.

About the Role:

Pinkkees HR-Consulting is recruiting on behalf of our client, Simply Green - a fast-growing farm-to-table agribusiness and parent company of Today's Harvest.

Simply Green is redefining healthy living by growing and delivering the freshest, organic, and technologically cultivated vegetables across Nigeria.

We're seeking a skilled Accounting, Audit & Finance Manager to oversee the company's entire financial management system, ensure transparency, and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate accounting and financial records across departments.

* Track income, expenses, and profitability per outlet and product line.

* Conduct regular internal audits and ensure financial compliance.

* Verify stock, cash, and sales records for consistency and accuracy.

* Prepare monthly financial statements and performance reports.

* Manage payroll summaries, staff expense claims, and supplier payments.

* Ensure tax and statutory compliance.

* Advise management on cost efficiency, budgeting, and cash flow optimization.

Qualifications & Skills:

B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

3–5 years' experience in accounting or internal audit (FMCG or agribusiness preferred).

Excellent proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho, etc.).

Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and trustworthy personality.

Sound understanding of financial control, audit processes, and reporting.

Performance Indicators:

Accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.

Quality and frequency of internal audits.

Cash flow stability and budget adherence.

Reduction in financial and operational discrepancies.
