Role Overview

We are looking for a
Social Media Manager

who can own and execute multi-brand social media strategies for AkuBridge and our clients.

The ideal candidate is a
storyteller, strategist, and community builder who

understands how to translate brand essence into digital content that connects, converts, and grows audiences.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement multi-brand social media strategies aligned with each client's goals and audience.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to inform campaign direction and positioning.
  • Plan monthly social calendars for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
  • Collaborate with the Creative and Content teams to ensure brand consistency and voice alignment.

2. Content Creation & Management

  • Supervise and ideate visual and written content — videos, reels, carousels, captions, and graphics.
  • Work with the design and content team to create high-quality, on-brand materials.
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement across multiple platforms.
  • Ensure every post aligns with the brand's tone, voice, and marketing objectives.

3. Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Execute paid and organic social campaigns (launches, product pushes, and seasonal marketing).
  • Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports for each client and provide actionable insights.

4. Client & Team Collaboration

  • Serve as the main social media point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Participate in client meetings, presenting strategies, content plans, and analytics reports.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, copywriters, and marketers to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Manage timelines, approvals, and workflow efficiency for multiple accounts simultaneously.

5. Trends, Innovation & Brand Growth

  • Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and algorithms.
  • Experiment with new content formats (e.g., AI tools, storytelling reels, carousels).
  • Identify growth opportunities for clients and suggest innovative digital ideas.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Growth in followers, engagement rate, and reach across client accounts.
  • Monthly content consistency and quality across brands.
  • Increase in client satisfaction and campaign ROI.
  • Timely delivery of reports and campaigns.
  • Retention and satisfaction of managed clients.

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have:

  • 3+ years of proven experience managing multiple brand accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and trend adaptation skills.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Notion, etc.).
  • Experience working in or with a marketing agency.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Basic design skills using Canva or Figma.
  • Paid advertising experience (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok Ads).
  • Understanding of SEO, influencer marketing, and community management.
