Job Title: Production & Procurement Officer

Location: Lagos (Onsite – Ikeja/Iyana Ipaja Axis)

Net Salary: ₦100,000

About the Role:

PEFA Foods Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production & Procurement Officer to join our team. This role combines both production, supervision and procurement functions to ensure the seamless flow of operations from raw material sourcing to final product output.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Duties:

* Source and procure high-quality raw materials that meet PEFA Foods' standards for consistency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.

* Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers to optimize procurement costs while maintaining quality standards.

* Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and industry developments to identify cost-effective opportunities.

* Ensure timely delivery of raw materials by coordinating with suppliers, logistics teams, and other departments.

* Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.

Production Duties:

* Production of PEFA Instant Soups.

* Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed to support uninterrupted production.

* Oversee food processing under correct standards and hygiene protocols.

* Ensure timely production of PEFA Instant Soups in line with demand.

* Work closely with factory staff during processing and packaging.

* Maintain accurate records of purchases, stock usage, and production output.

* Ensure quality, quantity, and timely delivery of supplies for production.

* Support daily factory operations and equipment use.

* Report weekly on stock status, production progress, and operational needs.
