International Student Recruitment Manager

Swebs Education is looking to recruit candidates who have the following skills and experience:

Proven experience in international student recruitment, with responsibility for the co-ordination of activity across multiple markets.

Strong understanding of the UK and international higher education landscape, including agent management and partnership development.

Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies and marketing plans that deliver measurable results.

Excellent communication, presentation and networking skills, with experience engaging effectively across cultures and seniority levels.

Flexibility to travel in the UK and overseas, and to work occasional weekends or evenings as required.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-driven professional with the creativity and analytical skills to identify new opportunities for growth, and the confidence to represent Swebs Education internationally with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience as an international student recruitment officer

Knowledge of the international education industry

Minimum BSc or B.Ed graduate - Preferably Second Class Upper and above

Certifications

Interview/assessment - periodically till we have gotten the adequate number of talents required for the role .
