Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Internal Auditor located in Lagos with some work-from-home flexibility. The Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting internal audits, assessing financial and operational risks, evaluating control environments, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Tasks include preparing audit reports, recommending improvements, performing risk assessments, and collaborating with other departments to enhance internal controls.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in conducting internal audits and preparing audit reports
  • Experience in assessing financial and operational risks, and evaluating control environments
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and company policies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
  • Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, or ACCA are a plus
