About the Role:

We are seeking a Client Relations Associate to strengthen and manage our client engagement process. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing client experience, ensuring retention and satisfaction, and maintaining accurate client information while coordinating effectively with departments such as Projects, Legal, and Accounts to deliver seamless service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the entire client journey — from onboarding to post-project follow-up.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring retention and satisfaction.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments, including Projects, Legal, and Accounts.

  • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date client information database.

  • Track client feedback, identify service improvement opportunities, and relay insights to management.

  • Coordinate client communications, updates, and documentation in line with company standards.

  • Support business development initiatives through client relationship insights and follow-up strategies.

  • Prepare periodic reports on client engagement and satisfaction metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum of 2–3 years experience in client relations, customer success, or business support roles.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask across departments.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is an added advantage.

  • A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
