Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos for a Core Banking Application Support Specialist. The role involves providing comprehensive support for core banking applications, resolving issues, and ensuring their smooth operation. The specialist will interact with clients to address technical challenges, analyze and troubleshoot software errors, and provide timely solutions. Additionally, the role includes collaborating with technical teams to enhance application performance and delivering high-quality customer support.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Finance and Credit processes related to core banking systems.
  • Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and resolve queries.
  • Basic knowledge of Insurance concepts and their application within financial systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in supporting core banking applications and familiarity with financial services software is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage tasks under minimal supervision.
