Job description
o Receive children each morning
o Settle children in before activities begin.
o Prepare classroom for each day's activities
o Plan engaging and exciting lessons and learning activities
o Teach lessons
o Provide care for children and keep them safe
o Support children's learning milestones; potty training, feeding, behaviour, gross and fine motor skills.
o Create exciting classroom displays.
o Supervise cleaning and organization of classroom
o Supervise feeding and changing according to care policies
o Interface with parents at drop off and pick Up
o Interface with parents at parents' conference
o Prepare daily, midterm and end of term reports
o Suggest ideas to improve classroom management, class curricular.
o Ensuring children's personal effects are kept properly and packed adequately at pick up.
o Endorsing learners' notebooks
o Sending links with home based on class schedule
o Planning and participating in school events
o Daily duty
o Develop and maintain a culture of high performance for class team
