Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Production Manager located in Lagos. The Production Manager will lead and oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring efficient and high-quality production of fashion and menstrual products. Responsibilities include planning and managing production schedules, maintaining compliance with quality standards, supervising production teams, ensuring effective resource management, and troubleshooting operational issues. The role involves collaborating with design and product development teams to ensure that all products align with SussFlow Reusable's high-quality and sustainability standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in production planning, resource management, and operational efficiency
  • Proficiency in quality assurance, quality standards compliance, and process optimization
  • Leadership and team management skills to effectively supervise production teams
  • Knowledge of fashion design, product development, and sustainability practices in manufacturing
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage timelines effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Educational background in manufacturing, engineering, fashion production, or a related field
  • Experience in sustainable manufacturing or the textile industry is strongly preferred
