Job Summary

We are hiring smart, well-groomed, and customer-oriented Waiters and Waitresses to provide outstanding table service in our lounge. The right candidates will play a key role in creating a positive dining and entertainment experience for all our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests, present menus, and take food and drink orders professionally
  • Serve meals and beverages efficiently while maintaining proper table etiquette
  • Ensure the cleanliness of dining areas before, during, and after service
  • Respond promptly to guest needs, complaints, or requests with professionalism
  • Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery
  • Upsell food and beverage items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales
  • Process bills and handle payments (cash or POS) accurately
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down tables for events or daily service

Qualifications

  • Prior waiting experience in a similar hospitality role is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, polite and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to stand for long hours and multitask in a busy environment
  • Must reside within or near Ikosi, Ketu, or Magodo
