We are a
new and exciting Nigerian small chops, pastries, and grills restaurant
looking to build a team of passionate, skilled, and dedicated professionals. If you have experience in the food and hospitality industry and want to be part of a dynamic and fast-growing restaurant, we'd love to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and grill meats, poultry, and seafood to perfection.
  • Marinate and season meats for enhanced flavor.
  • Monitor grill temperature and ensure consistency in food quality.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Manage food portions and minimize wastage.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience
    in grilling, preferably in a
    restaurant or catering business
    .
  • Expertise in
    Nigerian-style grills
    (asun, suya, grilled chicken, turkey, fish, etc.).
  • Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak hours.
  • Strong understanding of
    food hygiene and safety regulations
    .
