A serial entrepreneur in the built environment, hospitality, and management sectors is seeking a highly competent and proactive Personal Assistant to provide executive and operational support across multiple ventures. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic right-hand, ensuring seamless coordination of business and personal affairs, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

1. Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate appointments, and prioritize schedules.
  • Prepare reports, briefs, and presentations for internal and external engagements.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, calls, and emails with professionalism.
  • Maintain filing systems, databases, and records for multiple ventures.

2. Travel & Logistics Coordination

  • Organize domestic and international travel, accommodation, and transport arrangements.
  • Prepare comprehensive travel itineraries and ensure all logistics run smoothly.

3. Meeting & Event Management

  • Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Prepare agendas, collate reports, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.

4. Research & Strategic Support

  • Conduct research on diverse business and personal topics.
  • Prepare analytical reports, summaries, and briefing documents for decision-making.

5. Project & Task Management

  • Support project execution across multiple business ventures.
  • Track deliverables, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.

6. Personal & Lifestyle Management

  • Handle personal errands and household administration for the principal.
  • Support personal commitments to maintain work-life balance.

7. Confidentiality & Discretion

  • Exercise utmost discretion in managing sensitive business and personal information.
  • Ensure all communications, files, and records are handled securely.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Experience supporting C-suite executives or entrepreneurs managing multiple ventures is an added advantage.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and resourceful.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Discreet, loyal, and committed to excellence.
  • Organization & Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipates needs, identifies challenges, and executes solutions independently.
  • Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to draft and edit documents with clarity and professionalism.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision in managing tasks, documentation, and scheduling.
  • Discretion & Integrity: High level of trustworthiness in handling confidential matters.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, project management tools, and digital productivity platforms.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires flexibility and quick thinking.

Job Type: Full-time
