Reason for the Opening

This is a strategic hire as we prepare for our next growth phase. We need a seasoned financial leader to:

  1. Strengthen our capital structure
  2. Guide investor relations
  3. Implement robust financial systems that support multi-country scaling

Role Deliverables

  1. Drive sustainable financial growth while maintaining strong credit ratios
  2. Ensure data-driven decision-making across business units
  3. Deliver accurate forecasts, performance reports, and insights that influence strategy
  4. Build a finance team capable of supporting aggressive scaling and fundraising

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with Cutstruct's growth and expansion plans
  2. Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
  3. Manage capital structure and optimize cash flow and working capital
  4. Oversee fundraising, investor relations, and due diligence processes
  5. Design scalable financial models and systems for multi-country operations
  6. Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and audit requirements
  7. Support business units with analytics, reporting, and strategic insights
  8. Build and mentor a high-performing finance team

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
  2. 7+ years in financial leadership roles, ideally in tech-enabled or high-growth startups
  3. Proven track record in fundraising, scaling finance operations, and maintaining financial health
  4. Strong financial modeling, venture funding, and performance analytics skills
