Job Summary:

The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the supermarket, ensuring smooth store performance, excellent customer service, and achievement of sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain adequate stock.
  • Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of set targets.
  • Manage store budgets, expenses, and cash handling procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Prepare and present regular performance and sales reports to management.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail supermarket.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Excellent understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory control.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
