Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a System Technician based in Lagos, where some work-from-home flexibility is offered. The System Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, performing regular maintenance and repair activities, conducting preventive maintenance, and delivering training sessions to end-users. The role also involves ensuring system functionality and addressing any hardware or software concerns efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Experience in troubleshooting system and hardware issues to ensure prompt problem resolution.
  • Proficiency in providing technical support and user guidance to enhance system performance.
  • Expertise in maintenance & repair activities and implementing system updates.
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices to mitigate system downtime.
  • Ability to develop and deliver training sessions to end-users for system knowledge and optimization.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles is an advantage.
  • Degree or certification in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field is preferred.
