Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical Design Engineer to join our engineering team. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and components for a wide range of applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers to ensure that electrical designs meet project requirements, industry standards, and safety regulations. Your role will involve creating detailed electrical schematics, selecting appropriate components, and ensuring that designs are optimized for performance, cost, and manufacturability. You will also be expected to troubleshoot and resolve design issues, support prototype development, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD Electrical or Altium Designer, and experience with circuit simulation software. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Key responsibilities include collaborating with other engineers to define system requirements, conducting feasibility studies, preparing technical documentation, and participating in design reviews. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards such as IEC, NEC, and UL. Requirements

  • Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards (IEC, NEC, UL)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
