Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and organized
Operations Supervisor
to oversee the day-to-day activities of staff and ensure smooth operations across all departments. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a background in hospitality, and good numerical and computer skills to support administrative and financial processes. An
accounting degree or experience in financial management
will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of front desk, housekeeping, and service teams to ensure high-quality guest experiences.
  • Monitor staff performance, schedule shifts, and ensure adherence to service standards and policies.
  • Oversee cash handling, daily reconciliations, and basic accounting functions.
  • Prepare and maintain operational and financial reports.
  • Manage client inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Support management in implementing operational policies and improving service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and procurement records for supplies and consumables.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Train, motivate, and evaluate team members to maintain excellent service culture.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Accounting
    (preferred).
  • Minimum of
    3years' experience
    in hotel or hospitality operations.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    .
  • Good understanding of budgeting, reporting, and financial controls.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail and integrity.
