Core Criteria (Must Read Before Applying)

• Must own a Telegram or WhatsApp channel, OR

• Must have a strong community on X (Twitter) with at least 5,000 followers.

• Added Advantage: An active YouTube channel with 1,000+ subscribers.

Job Responsibilities

• Have built, managed, and grown an active online community on Telegram (WhatsApp and X are a good addition) focused on Crypto and well known in Ghana.

• Create educational and engaging content that explains Zendwallet features such as swaps and off-ramp payments (crypto to Cedis).

• Produce tutorials and short videos that highlight the benefits and common use cases of off-ramp payments, converting stablecoins (USDT/USDC) to Ghanaian Cedis.

• Design and execute influencer-led campaigns and content creation that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

• Host AMAs, live sessions, community chats, and referral challenges to build excitement and conversions.

• Communicate Zendwallet's value propositions such as low fees and fast settlement to your audience via content created.

• Promote real-world use cases for crypto to Cedis and incorporate this into your ad creatives (content) in a natural, appealing, and storytelling format.

• Gather, document, and report user feedback from your community to improve marketing and product decisions.

• Create onboarding content and guides to help new users understand how to use our product to seamlessly convert crypto (USDT/USDC) to Cedis.

• Localize content and messaging to suit the Ghanaian audience and community cultures.

• Represent Zendwallet in Telegram events, community panels, X Spaces, or crypto meetups when needed.

• Ensure all marketing content adheres to Zendwallet branding, industry compliance, and crypto marketing standards.

• Highly creative and innovative, with ideas that will expand reach, drive user acquisition growth by 20%, increase virality, and boost product adoption.

• Collaborate closely with Zendwallet's marketing and sales teams to align content with key campaigns and product launches.

• Monitor engagement metrics and provide weekly performance reporting (impressions, engagement rate, profile visits, and follower growth).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a crypto influencer, content creator, and community manager (Telegram, X, and WhatsApp).

• Strong knowledge of stablecoins, crypto wallets, off-ramp/on-ramp, and cross-border payment systems.

• Deep understanding of African crypto markets and user behavior especially in Ghana.

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and track performance metrics.

• Comfortable hosting live sessions on X space, creating videos, and leading crypto conversations for Zendwallet.

• Existing community on Telegram (WhatsApp and X Spaces is an added advantage).
