Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Ikeja. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and lead HR initiatives, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, managing employee training and development programs, conducting performance evaluations, handling benefits administration, and ensuring smooth employee onboarding and offboarding processes. The role also involves fostering a positive workplace culture and addressing employee concerns in a professional and efficient manner.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources management, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations management.
  • Skills in performance management, conflict resolution, and training and development.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively on-site and maintain confidentiality in handling HR matters.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI) is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the legal or professional services sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
