Nevada Hotel is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring excellence in guest experience, operational efficiency, and profitability.
As the head of the hotel, the General Manager will report directly to the owner and lead a passionate team to deliver outstanding service and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all hotel operations to ensure seamless service delivery and high guest satisfaction.
Drive strategies to increase room bookings, maximize revenue, and achieve business goals.
Lead, train, and motivate departmental heads and staff to maintain top performance standards.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and operational costs to ensure profitability.
Maintain compliance with all hospitality, safety, and brand standards.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' managerial experience in the hospitality industry.
Proven track record in hotel operations and revenue management.
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management or Business Administration is an advantage.
